If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please call CheapGlycerin Customer Service at 920.277.5409 and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. If necessary, Customer Service will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.

Please package the return appropriately to ensure that no shipping damage will occur. 

Manufacturer's Warranties

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer’s warranty.

Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Return for Refund

We generally will accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

Only unused product is eligible for return.

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

STOCK ITEMS (except HAND SANITIZER): Credit less all freight charges incurred with a 30% restocking fee.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.

HAND SANITIZER: ALL HAND SANITIZER SALES ARE FINAL. We WILL NOT provide refunds on Hand Sanitizer purchases. (1) Please only order what you need! (2) Request samples to ensure our product will meet your needs before you place your order.

Please Note: Due to global shortages of certain raw materials, the finished product you are shipped may vary slightly.  This may include changes to gallon jug shape, pump, color, sanitizer scent, etc. in order to ensure we ship our high-quality sanitizer as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:  From receipt of order to delivery is typically 7-10 business days. We process orders of all sizes from gallons, to drums, to 275/330 gallon totes, truckloads, and rail-cars on a FIFO (first come, first serve) basis. Thank you in advance for your patience. We do our best to beat the 7-10 business day commitment, but with the Covid-19 pandemic, things do change daily.

Alcohol Level:  We produce of our hand sanitizer in one of two FDA registered facilities. Our automated production and quality systems ensure we meet or exceed the advertised alcohol levels on our label on a %v/v basis.  It is important to note that all final alcohol levels are subject to a margin of error that is set forth under current FDA regulations.  As such, final assay on alcohol levels may fall below or above advertised percentages. 

HAND SANITIZER CONTAINS ALCOHOL WHICH MAY BE DRYING TO THE HANDS.

PLEASE KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

DO NOT INGEST HAND SANITIZER

HAND SANITIZER IS FLAMMABLE - RAGS SOAKED IN HAND SANITIZER WILL BE FLAMMABLE.

RAGS OR GARMENTS SOAKED IN HAND SANITIZER SHOULD NOT BE DRIED IN A DRYER EVEN AFTER BEING WASHED.

OTHER WARNINGS APPLY AND WILL BE POSTED ON PRODUCT LABELS. 

Orders shipped via Federal Express, UPS, USPS, LTL, TL, etc. are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

Credit will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Call for a Return Authorization Number and additional information on return shipments.

Canadian PST, duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact CheapGlycerin's Customer Service department at 920.277.5409. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely re-packaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.

Return Check List

• Call Customer Service at 920.277.5409 for a Return Authorization Number.
• Original packaging/strapping should be completely intact or similarly re-packaged/strapped.
• Each item being returned should be clearly labeled with your return address and CheapGlycerin's address.
• Packing slip with Return Authorization Number should be taped securely on each item.
